Ongoing KD-SURWASH PROGRAM is the Steering Committee Meeting where Heads of Implementing Agencies are discussing on both the P4R and IPF projects

Today KD-SURWASH PROGRAM, the routine weekly meeting was conducted during which the PC Engr. Esau Ambinjah updated all members on the outcome of the PCs meeting held in Abuja alongside other developmental issues.

Today 14/08/23.The Sanitation and Water Quality Officers of FPIU paid a supportive visit to Kaduna and were warmly welcomed by KD-SURWASH PROGRAM PC Engr. Esau Ambinjah and his team. The visit was to strengthen Sanitation and Water Quality components of the program.

The HC, Ministry of Public Works and infrastructure, Arch. Ibrahim Hamza has on behalf of the Kaduna State Government signed 85 contract agreement with contractors for Rehabilitation and Construction of Water and Sanitation facilities across Institutions in the State.

Shortly before signing the Contracts under the SURWASH Program the HC tasked the contractors on timely delivery of quality works adding that the PforR program is unique with strict adherence to all terms of the contracts agreement.

The Program Coordinator, Kaduna State Implementation Unit KD- SURWASH program, Engr. Esau Ambinjah has expressed excitement at the epoch making event adding that due diligence was properly followed & that this has marked the commencement of Civil Works in the KD-SURWASH Program

Kaduna State Implementation Unit of the SURWASH Program has embarked on monitoring of ongoing construction of water and sanitation facilities in health institutions and schools across the Implementing LGAs.The essence of the monitoring is to ensure strict adherence to standards.

First in line is the Executive Secretary of the Kaduna State Primary Healthcare Board, Kaduna State Primary Health Care Board Dr. Bello Jamoh and his management team leading the way by sharing their insights and achievements, as well as outlining strategic plans for further enhancing service delivery.
