Excited to share that I will be starting a new faculty position in the Department of Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison this Fall. I've loved my last 11 years at the University of Memphis, so while this change is bittersweet I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

My patient had her 3 kids in clinic. Her youngest daughter asked if I was the doctor? I said “yes, I will be helping your mommy today.” She replied, “Im going to be a doctor!” Her big sis followed with a big “Me, too!” Then we all gave each other high✋🏾s. Representation matters.
