What are you rewarding? We talk a lot about process instead of outcomes. But if you're only posting the winners of the race, talking them up, on social media... what do you think athletes will think is most important?

Today, we celebrate Ms. Glowacki, AP Microeconomics teacher at Grapevine High School. She engages her AP students with model-based and real-world activities and recently joined students on a Spring Break trip to Italy! Grapevine-Colleyville ISD #AdvancedAcademics #WeAreGCISD

Proud of the @NorthGirlsXC alum who represented these teams. I’m so fortunate that I got to work with them as an assistant coach. 1/2

Coaching and teaching is not about prescribing and dictating. It's about creating situations where the athlete is challenged to figure it out. You nudge them along, but if you always give them the answer, you aren't actually teaching. And they aren't learning.

Reedy had a great day at the 5A UIL Region II Championships with the girls finishing 4th as a team to qualify for the state championships! Boys finished the season strong with a 6th place finish and 2 individual qualifiers (Alex Roeren and Parker Cathey) for state!
