We are now finishing the collection of single cell data from EBs of 60 individuals, and will begin analyzing the data to map dynamic eQTLs. This is a fun and exciting collaboration between my lab and Alexis Battle

For the past few years I've been working to characterize embryoid bodies as a system for the discovery of dynamic eQTLs. The pilot study is available as a preprint now, and we're really excited about the potential future directions with this model!
