Today, Russia hit the building of the Academy of Arts in Kyiv with missiles. Students were in class at that time and managed to lie down on the floor, as it is the only option when Russia uses supersonic missiles.

We call on the European Commission and chief Ursula von der Leyden to ensure that a portion of the Russian seized assets is allocated to victims of gross human rights violations, including survivors of conflict-related sexual violence. 🧵
