A lovely way to start off a day of campaigning - I stopped by St Paul's Church Fayre in Jarrow this morning.

There was a variety of stalls and vendors offering a range of goodies! 🍰

Now I'm off back out on #LabourDoorstep 🌹

Last night I spoke in the House of Commons for the final time.

It was fitting that this took place during the passage of the Post Office Offences Bill.

My final message as a Member of Parliament would be this: change comes when we put our differences aside and work together.

I dropped in to catch up with Emma from Embells community pantry yesterday in Fewster Square.

It was a busy day at Embells & demand for the foodbank is extremely high.

People need change - it is not right that so many are reliant on food banks.

I met with Action Cerebral Palsy to discuss their 2024 manifesto - calling on Govt to implement best practice pathways of care, invest in recruitment & training & fund dedicated lead professionals to ensure children & young ppl with cerebral palsy can to live life to their full potential.
