A deeply shameful evening as the Safety of Rwanda Bill completes its passage through Parliament. A nasty, nonsensical Bill which runs roughshod over our constitution just to send people who have come here seeking safety thousands of miles away. Sad and shameful on many levels.

Yesterday fishermen in Brazil found a boat with corpses drifting in the Atlantic. Police are still working to retrieve the boat and bodies. From the videos shot by fishermen, the boat appears to be from Mauritania in Africa, like the one we investigated. apnews.com/article/brazil…
