It is 1 year since we began legal proceedings against the Home Office after they dropped 3 recommendations from the Williams Windrush Lessons Learned Review. We continue to fight for justice alongside Garden Court Chambers & Public Law Project with the case due to be heard on 23rd April.
Thank you to the BCA, Windrush National Organisation WNO. W.Movement UK, Churches Together in England and many others for organising the 6th anniversary Windrush Vigil that took place yesterday. It was great to see the increased involvement of church leaders inc a rep from the West African community.
