Word that’s come up multiple times this week - in breakout sessions, in talks w/colleagues, in presentations from VMware leadership and now from James Corden: Authenticity. I get on soapbox a lot about this - be real, be honest, be *you*. Then own it.

I have a feeling I’m going to love this book after being inspired and entertained by the authenticity of SAP’s CEO Bill McDermott as he opened up about his journey with the VMware crew today.

An absolute honor to welcome the one and only James Corden to VMware Company Kickoff today. He is hilarious, inspirational, down-to-earth, and knocked it out of the park! 8000+ people can't stop talking about him. Thank you James!
