Kansas Electric’s large network infrastructure project, initiated in March 2023, is a significant undertaking resulting from a recent change in ownership. It involves the installation of approximately 30 miles of Cat 6 cabling, with a purchase order for 156,000 ft of cable.

Kansas Electric had the opportunity to welcome the students back to school at Newton High’s Railer Palooza career development day! One of the primary objectives for Kansas Electric's participation was to introduce students to our Apprenticeship program.
