Nigeria's National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has ordered all radio stations and TV channels operating in Nigeria to deactivate their Twitter handles, and stop using Twitter.

They started with Ohimai Amaize

In his first media chat with journalists after the #TwitterBan, Nigeria’s Muhammadu Buhari re-affirmed his incendiary tweet about treating "those misbehaving today" in "the language they will understand". Asked about the #TwitterBan, his response provoked laughter from journalists.

Seriously i've missed Kakaaki Social Africa Independent Television with Ohimai Amaize Ohimai Amaize because pre-2019 general elections it's the only political program on TV that has kept me up to date.

I really miss Kakaaki Social with Ohimai Amaize Again, it will never be well with this government.
