I'm taking their voices, views & experiences to politicians & policymakers with this challenge: listen, and act on what children are telling you. #TheBigAmbition childrenscommissioner.gov.uk/blog/one-milli…

Defib the cat facing a no fault eviction from Walthamstow’s ambulance base -hard to see why given he’s lived there for 16 years happily and helps staff cope with a stressful job. Perhaps Wes Streeting if you are feline the staff’s pain you could have a word with London Ambulance Service ?

The term "buy-in" is used widely in change but it is not helpful. When we ask "how do we get [add the name of a particular group] to buy-in to our proposed change?", it is too late. It creates risk in our ability to achieve outcomes. We don't need "buyers" who "buy-in" to change,

My heart breaks for this little girl. Once again we will have the ‘lessons will be learned’ rhetoric. Remember Baby P, Victoria Climbie, Star Hobson, Archie Battersbee and so many more where ‘lessons will be learned’ and weren’t.

'Deplorable' nurse who drugged patients for an 'easy life' is struck off lancs.live/news/lancashir… the biggest question here is why did it take over a year after being jailed to be struck off?

At Canterbury Christ Church University graduation ceremony and I’m so proud of my daughter, I just wish someone had advised the person presenting how to say one of the most common names in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 it’s Eilidh (Ay Lee) not Ellid. We didn’t even get to cheer her.
