This will be discussed at the CEC Environment and Communities Committee next Thursday where Knutsford Town Councillor Matthew Robertson will be attending to voice the Town Council's opposition to the loss of this vital facility.

We'll provide a further update after that meeting once it is clear what Cheshire East will be consulting on. We will be meeting with Everybody Health and Leisure (operator of the Leisure Centre) to work with them in opposition to any potential closure of the leisure centre.

Together with the other amazing sports clubs which operate out of Knutsford Leisure Centre and support talented athletes in Knutsford, we will strenuously oppose this absurd proposal.
