Great prof learning in Denver with KY Department of Juvenile Justice Title I educators from across KY! Our students are lucky to have such talented leaders working to ensure they have enriching learning opps!
KECSAC partnered with KY Department of Juvenile Justice Title I to provide real life/real time PD for KECSAC Educators. We visited 5280 High School and experienced firsthand the amazing culture and peer supports offered at this exceptional school for students in recovery! JCPS State Agency Schools
The Eagle Academy Pulaski Co Schools hosted the KECSAC Interagency Advisory Group for our spring meeting. Members from KY Department of Juvenile Justice Kentucky Department for Community Based Services Kentucky Cabinet for Health & Family Services KY Dept of Education toured the school, learned from student leaders and reflected on the deeper learning taking place across KY!
Congrats to Jeremy Camron and Sarah Y Vivian on receiving the David Karem award from the KY Dept of Education for their work on legislative policy! Their advocacy expanded GED options for students in alternative schools across KY! We are proud partners with these exceptional leaders!
