Great hands-on skills training with our Weill Cornell Medicine Anesthesiology rising CA3 residents and soon-to-be grads as teachers this past Tuesday! Bringing the “fun” to anesthesia fundamentals (yes, that’s our PD modeling perfect ultrasound anatomy!)
Getting ready to enjoy my evening with New York Philharmonic when- who’s this I see in my Playbill? @eriniannaconemd! What a great ambassador for our Weill Cornell Medicine Cardiothoracic Surgery program (and glad to be your colleague!)

Our stalwart Weill Cornell Medicine Anesthesiology PD, Eric Brumberger, sharing words of wisdom and realness at our CA1 re-orientation event! Intern year can be hard but being back at the mothership can be hard too. Thanks to our chiefs and our fabulous RSC for smoothing the way for our new CA1s!
Congratulations, Seyed A. Safavynia, MD, PhD! A true renaissance man - lucky to have you as a friend and colleague!
So proud of you, Jacob Lurie, MD, MPH! Congratulations!
It’s a privilege to be a part of your incredible journey, Cynthia Tan ! So proud of your success. Thinking fondly of all my mentees at Weill Cornell Medicine Weill Cornell Medicine Anesthesiology and elsewhere (big ups to all my cardiac elective alumni from #ANES22!)
FANTASTIC presentations by our Weill Cornell Medicine Anesthesiology residents at #ANES22! Proud of these talented physicians who can rock a QI project as well as the obligatory glamor shot with big daddy propofol🌟 Jacob Lurie, MD, MPH Deirdre Kelleher Patricia Fogarty Mack
Phenomenal talk by Jo Shapiro at the McLeskey lecture for the Society for Education in Anesthesia meeting. Feeling energized and inspired, plus a bonus shot of homesickness when the Sydney Opera House made a cameo: rules to live and work by.
Challenge accepted, Emily Sharpe, MD, FASA! Here’s my social media conference checklist thus far: ✅Post a tweet ✅Celebrated with old friends (Seyed A. Safavynia, MD, PhD - quoted this week in The New York Times!) ✅Meet new friends Danielle Zheng, MD, PhD ✅Learned something from peers and experts! #saaapm22
