You can only grow if you’re willing to feel awkward/uncomfortable when you try something new. Let 2023 be the year that you become unafraid to fail. Know that you will fail. Just keep attacking the uncomfortable. You'll continually get better. Eventually, you'll get A LOT better!

You’re not a great team just because you work together. Anyone can occupy the same space. That doesn’t make you a team. You’re great because you trust, respect and care for each other. You depend on & need each other. You become great because you work better together than apart!
