It’s beyond the realm of pure incompetence with ScotRail now. Not a single journey is comfortable now. Not one goes without crammed trains, lack of carriages, no toilet facilities, dirty seats & tables. To sit on a train for more than an hour to Largs paying what we do for that.

There’s offering options and there is enacting fantasies. Most of the options available require basically every single piece of land and property in Scotland to be valued or re-valued. While I agree we need an alternative, their options simply were not viable.
