Spring flowers like lupine and tomcat clovers are blooming! The recent high temperatures have also warmed up the ectothermic rattlesnakes and are navigating the trails as well! Enjoy the flowers and be safe out there!

Pile burning will reintroduce good fire to Jasper Ridge Stanford University
The upcoming fuel reduction project, is designed to improve wildfire resilience in & around the preserve & serve as a living lab for wildfire research & an opportunity to reintroduce fire.

Definitely a highlight of 2023! The speakers clearly emphasized that the impact of Jasper Ridge has been possible because the community truly supports each other-staff, docents, students, faculty, friends, neighbors-we all share a “Jasper Ridge Stanford’s Jasper Ridge BP sense of belonging.”
