A small but progressive PR last weekend at Regionals! I went from a 15.71 at the Kellie Wells Classic to a 15.6. 5A/6A States are this Friday and Saturday, and I'm planning to PR again along with bring home some hardware!! #TDHSTF #hurdles

Jordyn Henderson has had a tremendous junior year so far. Her tenacity earned a gold medal in the 55m hurdles at the VTCA Winter Classic!!!

The Thomas Dale 55m hurdle record has been broken by both Jordyn Henderson (8.32) and Amareyah Monterio (8.33)!!! The record was previously held by Titiana Marsh! #LIMITLESS

The improvements keep coming for Jordyn Henderson. Monday she broke the school record in the 55m hurdles. Within 4 days she broke it again. This evening she ran a time of 8.26 which solidified her as one of the best hurdlers in the state!!! #LIMITLESS

Jordyn Henderson is the is the 6th Thomas Dale track and field athlete in the past 4 years to become a top 50 VHSL All-Time performer. She joins the ranks of Titiana Marsh, Chris Tyree, Deangelo Gray, Kamron Bonner, and Sebastian Evans! #Limitless
