Recently this week I took my first round of OF practice along with my first round in the cage since surgery. Will have video of it before the end of the week.

Injury update 8/30 Started throwing this past Tuesday. throwing program for this week below Felt good bit of tightness overall good start. Start from 60’ this weekend.

Throwing today from 60 ft Felt pretty good had 25 throws Still pushing a bit and shortening my arm unfortunately Hoping to get back to full range of motion the more I throw Start from 90 ft on Thursday

Today 10/1 was my first full game since surgery playing on both sides. 1-3 with a double 1-1 put outs Arm felt great More games and videos to come.
