Firstly, if you're sick, you should absolutely NOT be setting cover for your lessons.

Also, creating cover is stressful for HoDs.

So how about this?

Nearly three years ago, I came across a stunning house point display JAGS and once I joined Verulam School I spoke to my technology team about it and they designed and created it. Today the tokens arrived and here it is, with Churchill currently in the lead! ❤️

Intermittent running aerobic base fitness session cones 10m apart you can extend the length between cones for progression over a three week block eg
Week 1 10m
Week 2 15m
Week 3 20m
This style of session can be nice to use in off season or general preparation phase

This would make a good starter.
