SG seem terrified to offend, eager to appease & desperate to please. The loudest voices get priority, while the 'silent majority' seem easy to ignore. Our politicians seem unable to lead but content to follow.

Being constructively candid with people may make you vulnerable to being disliked. But the honesty and accountability that comes with being candid will bring trust and respect.

Always give people’s ideas breathing space. Being quick to dismiss them may stop them bringing more.

Talking convincingly about what you are going to do doesn’t count. The only thing that counts is when you’ve done it.

The issue of Gangs continues to be present a real threat to everyone's well being, safety & prosperity. They are concealed in politics, religion & media, they are local & national, they are divisive, intolerant & self serving and driven by greed, hate & self interest.

Making a decision has little value if you don’t take the necessary action to make it happen.

The greatest difference in serial winners is neither talent nor training. The opposition have more than their fair share of these. It’s attitude.
