FB reminded me 4 years ago today I went in front of a parliamentary select committee to answer questions on covid-19 transmission. We were coming out of lockdown, no vaccine and emerging data on virus transmission and survival. But even then we knew to put airborne on the list.

Also important to have recognised that our understanding of the behaviour of this airborne pathogen requires 'collaboration across boundaries'.
