David Soria Parra MCPs are a nice way to make auth consistent, and also a natural layer to put in RBAC; particularly important as we want to tightly scope what agents can do.

seeing a new cohort of “governance for agents” and monitoring applications to inspect agentic actions and manage the guardrails. congrats to Jiquan Ngiam and MintMCP team on the launch

When using Claude Code plan mode, I almost never accept the first plan and always choose the option to type in feedback, and it almost always is: "Is there anything you want to improve about this plan?" ; usually seeing Claude then start to simplify and strengthen what it does.

I've got Claude to self-improve by updating it's instructions based on observing how I do things, fix it's drafts etc. It feels like we're going get to recursive self-improvement across all our AI systems soon. Fast take off?

Claude manages Codex for me. I've found Codex to be very detailed and effective at getting specifics right, but it tends to have a mind of it's own and goes into rabbit holes. Claude seems to stay much more on track and aligned to my intent. So... I now have Claude managing Codex

Does Claude Code auto memory work well for you? I just disabled it because I wanted memories to be in the repo shared across the team and I got tired of telling it to "update the claude/agents.md file instead of your local memory". Trying to figure out the best way to leverage

Finally got the models to sort of “day of week” by calling the right bash command on all dates I’m having it work with. Intelligence is jagged
