My Bluey-obsessed 6-year-old spotted a Bluey cookbook at Kismet Books and begged me to get it and make pavlova. US stores don't sell 'pavlova base' (a giant meringue), so we had to make our own, and it wasn't a total flop (though I should've let it firm up a bit more).

TLDR: A new study identifies and measures which large U.S. companies engage in hiring discrimination against Black people.
They name names and find that some of the most discriminatory companies include CVS, Gap, Best Buy, Autozone, and Costco. 🤯 #econtwitter #economics
