Black women are made less safe if we fail to condemn abhorrent comments like this, and take the strongest possible action in response to them.

Our Government must demonstrate that there is no tolerance for racism, misogyny and the language of violence.

It's quite something when a government appears to celebrate tearing apart the families of international care workers.

Only investment in services will deliver for patients, not anti-migrant politics.

Shameful. I am sorry to our healthcare family who come from across the globe to work in our NHS and wider care system. They are our colleagues and friends, and those we look to in times of greatest need. They deserve so much more than to be treated like this.
