Excited to have this out in preprint! We show that antibody-mediated responses are unbalanced in MIS-C which may contribute to the immune pathology seen in these children! Thanks to the many collaborators who helped get this out the door!

In MIS-C, monocytes were hyperfunctional for phagocytosis + cytokine production, while NK cells were hypofunctional for killing + cytokine production, which correlated with systemic IL-6 Hamilton Hart Lab @JDoctobe biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
