Spending time in nature has played an important role in helping set me on the right course again. If you do feel like everything’s a bit much, I really recommend getting outside - even just to a local park, wooded area, river etc. Here are some snaps from my Manx nature therapy…

When my school did a production of FAME! there was this girl who auditioned and didn’t get in but then she just turned up to the first rehearsal and nobody said anything and she ended up being in the show. Anyway, that’s the energy I’m taking into 2022.
