Primo on the left (Charlie) is about to start grad school in math. Secondo on the right (Sam) just finished performing the lead role of “Mal” in the Addam’s family. I marvel at how different and perfect they are. And how small I am.

This pic came up on my feed today. It was me and my dad starting a community garden back in 2016. With the help of many others we started something special. In April 2022 he died suddenly. Missing him a lot.

Have you ever done an education retreat? We teach in isolation and seldom hear each other's perspectives. Teaching and Research are not 2 solitudes - they are intimately linked. Thanks to my colleagues UofT Immunology for showing up and participating!

Finally some good news from the 🇨🇦 government for research! 🥳🎉💰 Both ⬆️ numbers of scholarships & amounts PLUS increasing tri-council total funding but now have to hope if the gov changes, most $ commitments stay.
