Did you know that Jeffreys Grove actually has a blooming GROVE? Check out our Eagles working with Ms. Vicinus in the Garden Club to beautify our campus and grow flowers, herbs and vegetables to sell at our annual Groove at the Grove festival in May!

What an honor it was for Kelly Parker, our Magnet Coordinator, to represent our hardworking students and staff when receiving the MSA Magnet School of Excellence Award at last night’s WCPSS Board Meeting. This award is shared with all of our Eagles. Keep SOARING!

After hardwork and collaboration, our 5th Graders and remarkable Artist in Residency, Leni Newell and husband Kip Baker, designed a one-of-a-kind piece symbolizing the beauty of growing at “The Grove.” It is on display and giving our Media Center a beautiful personal touch!

These 5th Graders are preparing to deliver “The Zest From the Nest,” where we share all the good things happening at JG. It has been a joy to kick-off “The Juice” this year at Jeffreys Grove. Our new morning show is where you get news that is, “freshly squeezed from the grove!”

When asked about what makes JGE such a special place, the word community always comes to mind. Our teaching and learning spills outside the walls of our school to our very special village. We even have our own JG Dance moves! Last Friday’s Groove at the Grove was magical!

She inspires our students to show their creativity and skills AND she has accomplished huge milestones this year in her professional journey! Go Ms. Botfeld! 💕👊🏽👏🏽💪🏼🫶🏿🙌🏻
