JUST IN: KC Police say mass shooting was a “dispute” that ended in gunfire. No evidence of terrorism or homegrown violent extremism.

On the ground in Kansas City where police continue to investigate the parade shooting. One person was killed, more than 20 others injured. Police have detained three people.

Update from Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City:

-12 victims were brought to the hospital after the mass shooting
-11 children between the ages of 6-15
-9 had gunshot wounds
-NONE are in critical condition and all expected to recover.
