AVOID DPD_UK AND Vodafone UK LIKE THE PLAGUE!they have the worst customer service I have even dealt with! 16days days after setting up a new contract, £160 out of pocket and I still haven’t received the phone. Spent over 5hrs on hold, they’ve failed to deliver the phone 3 times!

Requested numerous call backs from both companies for an insight to what’s going on but they keep batting me off by saying it’s the other companies responsibility. Absolute joke!!
