Risk of a scattered shower later today otherwise it’s a mainly dry Tuesday in the county with some warm sunny spells. A northeasterly breeze. 19°C.

An incredible piece of stagecraft from Bruce Springsteen in Cardiff last night.
A request for “If I was the Priest” written on a placard led to Bruce Springsteen to turn to ask,
“can the E street band do it?”
They’d not played it live since the 70s.
They smashed it.
It made me cry.

Warm in the sunshine in the north of the county where temperatures are touching 21C currently but cooler in the south around Brackley where it’s 13C as a heavy shower moves over.

⚠️ Met Office warning issued for a risk of thunderstorms in Northamptonshire this afternoon/evening.

This #tree is scheduled to be cut down in #Southend . Rumours are that tree’s are felled to satisfy a contract. Activists in Southend have put in 16 freedom of information requests regarding felling of 300+ trees per yr but all answers have come back “commercially sensitive”.
