Digital Transformation Hack: Go take your vision and strategy to the front-line workers of every department – the people who are closest to the nuisances and subtleties of making the company actually run effectively. Ask them to poke holes in your plan.

There is no universally agreed upon or accepted definition of “#DigitalTransformation”. This means it is up to each company to come up with a definition in a way that every person in the company can easily use to help guide their daily decisions.

Just as AI learns from us, we must learn from it; adaptability in the Age of AI is not optional, it’s survival.
