Having to endure the appalling customer service with Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms a company of this size has a full mailbox. Keeps you on hold for hours, then cuts you off. Have staff in showrooms who have no idea how to help as they can’t get though to either #CustomerComplaint #Anyone

After 2 hours of holding for Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms I have overheard the worst supervisor responce. first refusing to speak to me & then shouting at poor James for suggesting I could even speak to her. I think Natasha could do with retraining on communication with her team!
