I think Rough Trade should plan their next steps carefully after this debaucle to show customers they are valued. I buy from the shops or order from Rough Trade online only very occasionally, mainly put off by price. Now I won't avoid altogether, but down yet another notch.

Last time I visited a Rough Trade shop was in Nottingham. There was interviewing being filmed with store staff, about security systems. While I saw the point, it took up a section of the store, and all felt very corporate. As a customer, it made me feel I was taking up space.
