This week bsc endoscopy helped w 2 ex-vivo labs UTSW Gastroenterology Fellowship for our fellows

Day 1 was polypectomy/closure for gen GI fellows.
Day 2 was 3rd space

Thankful for their support. Loved proctoring James D. Haddad, MD, FACP as he cured his pt of achalasia as well as many dysplastic stomach lesions

Hybrid ESD can be a great rescue option for scarred-down polyps and difficult locations. Important to get a good circumferential dissection to bury the snare.
Unfortunately, this polyp came back as invasive cancer with high-risk features so the patient eventually needed surgery
