If Trump had run on the US occupying and taking over Gaza and apparently pushing all the Palestinians out, he'd have lost. But he didn't run on it. He ran on a lot of other things that people support; this isn't one of them. This is a very bad idea, and should be opposed.

If Trump gets us in a war with Iran, he'll lose his base and become very unpopular. You didn't run on this and most of your base doesn't want it. Oh and it's a terrible idea and not in our interest. Nor is it in Israel's interest, even if their awful leaders think otherwise.
