My scale said 175 last night. I've been stuck at 160 for pretty much my entire adult life, despite trying to add mass - eating enough to do it is HARD. I know the number on the scale is the least important part of this, but I'm so excited that I'm finally seeing true progress.

Really enjoying #HouseOfTheDragonHBO so far. It feels like my favorite parts of GoT for the entire hour. Courtroom intrigue and power plays are so fun to watch when they're well-written and acted. Nice to have writers that care so much.

Been working with a personal trainer for a few weeks and now we've begun an eating plan. The goal is 4k calories a day. I've yet to hit it, mostly been hovering around 3k. My desk is a graveyard of yogurt cups, tuna pouches, and glasses with protein shake residue.
