RESULTS ROUND-UP The 1st XI returned to winning ways at the 'Walla on Saturday afternoon. The 2nd XI lost a close one on the road, while the 3rd XI extended their lead atop Div 5. Yesterday, contributions throughout from TCCC's youngsters saw the Sunday XI to victory!

The Eric Irwin Award, given to the Bowler taking the best individual figures across the season, was won by Jacob Sackfield for his stunning spell of 9/34 for the 2nd XI against New Longton!

Well done to all our Special Merit Award Winners! Peter Elson, Rick Jenkinson, Evan Martin and Josh Sackfield all amassed centuries in 2024, while Jacob Sackfield and Ali Mews gathered hauls of 9 and 7 wickets, respectively

Sarah Sackfield is your 2024 Clubperson of the Year, as voted on by the membership. Her assistance in the kitchen, with both the Sunday and 3rd XIs, as well as overseeing care of TCCC's Pink Ball kit, earned her the award!

Lastly, TCCC's Players' Player of the Year for 2024: Jacob Sackfield. 60 wickets, including five 5-wicket hauls, and 445 runs in all competitions over the course of the season saw Jacob voted this year's winner. Well done Jacob!
