Session for Tues April 23rd: 4 x 1200m + 5 x 300m on #finsburyparktrack , plus an option of 3 x 10mins tempo out in the park. Needless to say, the TCS London Marathon runners should be having a rest.

Well, my back of the envelope suggest that the London Heathside AC women won the team competition at the TCS London Marathon, but perhaps we should wait until the teams are back in the results, in case I missed something.

Teams not showing on the TCS London Marathon results page, so it's going to be complicated to figure out the team results. Let me get a cup of tea.
