Continuing my offseason progression. 385x6

i’ve continued my work with Total Arm Care this offseason. Ramping up for bullpens and scout day, working on mechanic drill work. Clips below and a recent 405x5 deadlift.

Had a great time throwing in Total Arm Care ‘s Scout Day yesterday. Felt very comfortable on the mound sitting 88-89 with my FB, with slider and changeup moving tons. Excited to compete in the next few weeks, and thank you to all the coaches their and TAC for hosting a great event

Got the start in our opening day game against Morris Catholic. My stat line was 6ip | 16k’s | 2 H | 0 BB | 0 ER | 92p, topping 91mph. Great first win for the team, excited to keep competing.

First couple weeks of the season has been great. As a team we are 8-1 and 5-0 in conference play. Today I got my 3rd start of the year throwing a complete game no hitter, with 9 K’s, 1 BB, and 0 ER. Below are clips and stats

I will be pitching in the Boston Open this weekend. Tuesday (6/8) at 10:15 at Greater Lawrence Tech University. So far this summer Ive pitched 12 innings| 23k's| 4 R | 3 H.

Had a great time playing down in Boston this past week. I threw 3 scoreless innings, 1 H, 4 Ks. I will be throwing next tomorrow at Diamond Nation field 5 at 4:30
