It was a joy visiting Ysgol Saron with CammyMascot and Jac Lewis Foundation to launch the Cammy children’s book about anxiety. You can buy a book to help their charity provide counselling services in Ammanford and Swansea.

This morning, a few squad members supported Joseff Rees in a 4 mile run. Joe is raising money for Jac Lewis Foundation, a fantastic charity, which is close to many of our playing squad.

As a club, we presented Joseff with a cheque of £100.00.
