Although it is sad that I can't make it to #OHBM2018, it is fun to see the excitement in the PhD students I've been working with. Watch out for Vanessa Teckentrup | @glassybrain.bsky.social Louise @YingLeeTUD presenting our work on multi-modal imaging (PET or MRS+fMRI), predictive modeling, & reliability.
Lot's of talk today on trust issues regarding fMRI data & reliability. If that got you hooked, I will present our toolbox fmreli for analysis of fMRI reliability tomorrow during the Informatics session (10.54, room 324-326) #OHBM2018 Juliane Fröhner Nils Kroemer
Poster F009 at #FENS2018: Nils Kroemer from the TU Dresden on #MachineLearning-based prediction of individual treatment outcomes using (task-based?) #FunctionalConnectivity and fMRI. FENS
It took me some days because of a little human being... But I am proud and thankful that my first first-author paper is finally online NeuroImage. Thanks to my co-authors (Vanessa Teckentrup | @glassybrain.bsky.social) and special thanks to Nils Nils Kroemer who taught me a lot and initiated the project.
Definitely worth a read! Thank you Iris Proff for the opportunity to talk about our work on fMRI reliability!
