2015 vs 2022 photos of world blind wine tasting championships taken in France. In 2015 I was with team SA and 2022 with team Zimbabwe. Super happy to see the power of diversity taking shape in the wine world. Jancis Robinson

Besides this one in the picture, is there another Gin made either in Zimbabwe or by a Zimbabwean? This one is Zimbabwean in every sense. It’s made by a Zimbabwean (Joseph T.Dhafana). It’s made out Zumbani, yes you got it right, ZUMBANI. Uchimwa uchirapwa zvako.

An honour to write this for Jancis Robinson; an incredible project interpreting wine terminology into Shona, isiZulu and isiXhosa. Thank you to all who contributed! Chenin Blanc lights the way for wine-language inclusivity in South Africa. #drinkchenin jancisrobinson.com/articles/decol…

The Kenyan president supporting and promoting a Kenyan restaurant business in the USA. Our leaders can learn a thing or two here. There are a lot of successful businesses out there being run by Zimbabweans who are putting the country on the map.
