Have you met Lego, the Therapy Dog we are welcoming as a Charger this school year? If students didn't meet him during registration, he can't wait to meet them the first days of school!

We are excited to welcome these 3 staff members to Moreau Heights and Jefferson City School District! Ms. Guilford will be teaching music. Mrs. Reed will support students with Speech/Language services. Ms. Birchem will support as our school psychologist intern. Welcome!

Our Charger staff has been hard at work for 2 days preparing to welcome our students on August 24th. We are SUPER excited behind our masks! Mr. Jungmeyer helped us with strategies for student support this morning.

Our classroom teachers were working hard today on technology integration ideas for the classroom. So many new ideas and great things shared among amazing staff! Thank you Kelly Moeller for leading and all our teachers for adding exciting ideas!

AMAZING first day at Moreau Heights! Our students rocked their masking requirements and new procedures. Teachers kept our kiddos moving and engaged throughout the day. We are looking forward to a fresh day tomorrow be EVEN BETTER!

Miss Gann provided a lesson and discussion with every class about masks (why, how, when) and hand washing.

Ready for a great year! Mr. Johnson's class is really getting into this "new normal" - and loving learning.

Morning meetings are moving even if not in a circle on the carpet. Teachers are creative in finding ways to build community in their classrooms.
