Freshman season at Iona was a success. Starter on JV and Undefeated JV Champs. Big thanks to Coach Joe Spagnolo for believing in me and giving me a chance to play for Iona and show what I’m about.. This is just the start..

I never heard of Shot put or knew what it was until I joined the track team at Iona. I had one week of practice and competed in my first ever meet this past Sunday and I came in 2nd place in the freshman division.

Second ever track meet was at Fordham University the Grinch Games and I got 2nd place with a PR of 37 !

Last Friday I had the chance to finally throw at The Armory in the Hispanic Games. Came in 3rd place in the freshman division throwing a 12lb ball. Still a lot of work to do
