Somehow i have developed an allergy to eyeliner. Neutrogena is the only eye liner that DOESN’T make my eyes itch. Whatever y’all make it with, please don’t change the recipe.😭😭😭😩

Can someone let me know an equivalent for Neutrogena gel eyeliner? Sadly I think I’m done w/ them. I keep giving them chances & I keep getting dry eyeliner from them. I’ve complained so many times & they send me coupons or refunds. At this point they probably think Im a scammer.

I’ve gotten Neutrogena gel eyeliner from Walgreens and from cvs both so dry they scratch my eyelids. The ones I get off Amazon are usually ok. But idk what is going on with Neutrogena. It’s so disappointing cuz theirs was my favorite eyeliner.

So please if anyone knows a good gel eyeliner similar to Neutrogena let me know so I can make the switch. Cuz I’m tired of dry crumbling eyeliner 😭
