On May 20, ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan applied for arrest warrants for 5 atrocity crimes suspects in the Israel-Hamas war. Whether or not they lead to arrests, Dr. Kelebogile Zvobgo (she/her) writes, warrants matter, and Hamas’s and Israel’s allies shouldn’t attack the ICC for its findings.
