#IntegrateCov observes #October17th, International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, by considering ways we can help those less fortunate. We acknowledge the suffering of people who have to deal with the consequences of political crises — hunger, violence, and homelessness.

Might have been a cold day on Tuesday but our Friendship Group had a painting session at The Herbert Art Gallery led by Bee and Amanda. The group painted flowers using watercolours and oil. We also made sunflower fat balls as bird feeders for wildlife over the winter.
